BSAC Practical Rescue Management
(Skill Development Course)

To teach divers how to manage the resources at their disposal in order to make the most effective use of them in a rescue situation. This course also provides an opportunity for further instruction in personal rescue skills to complement those undertaken during diver training, but the emphasis will be on the development of rescue management skills.

Qualification gained
A certificate of competence, upon successful completion.

To take this course, you must be a minimum of 14 years old, hold a BSAC Sports Diver qualification (or equivalent), and be a BSAC member.
