BSAC Advanced Diving Techniques
(Skill Development Course)

Teaches the preparation and use of shotlines, distance lines and delayed Surface Marker Buoys, along with sections on wreck orientation, alternative air sources and other personal diving equipment. A second day puts these skills to practical use.

Qualification gained
A certificate of competence, upon successful completion.

Pre-requisites
To take this course, you must:

  • be a minimum of 14 years old
  • hold a BSAC Sports Diver qualification (or equivalent)
  • be a BSAC member
  • have completed a minimum of 20 dives.

Course structure
2 days. Theory and practical.

Equipment
You will need a full set of diving kit. We offer equipment rental if required, at a discounted rate.
